Our client base is concentrated in North and North-east Scotland, but assignments are undertaken throughout the UK, and occasionally abroad.

In the advisory field, Allathan Associates has a complete spectrum of farming clients, from the small family business to the larger multi-farm organisation. Many seek support in the preparation of farm budgets and cashflow projections, with ongoing control through variance analyses of results. Some request more active regular support in reaching decisions critical to achieving targeted results. Others will hire services only in response to some special problem or opportunity, such as acquiring additional land, starting a new venture, hiring a key employee, or changing a business structure.
